This job turned out absolutely fantastic.
Not my words, but the homeowners. She was ecstatic with delight.
I didn’t get any prior photos, but the existing paint on this home
was in fairly poor condition due to age and sun fade.
Not a lot of scraping to be done but there was some, quite a bit of caulking did need to be
performed, but all-in-all wasn’t too bad.
I did this by hand with brush and roller, 3 colors, bright white trim, a darker
bluish-gray for the accents and a medium gray on the siding. I also removed all 4 downspouts, cleaned them
up and sprayed them with a semi-gloss white exterior rustoleum and re-installed using rivets
at connection points. Overall, a beautiful home once again…
