This was quite a project, intense as well as enjoyable. This was a project that I did some 15 odd years ago while still residing in Colorado. As you can see by the images, we had to do quite a demo on this one to get to the point that we could do a proper tile finish on this bathroom.
Extensive work on the double sink vanity as well as fabricating and installing custom marble vanity tops.
One big challenge we faced was in removing the vanity wall mirror in one piece as well as re-installing after the remodel was complete.
We replaced quite a bit of drywall with water resistant wall board, re-framed around the perimeter of the bath tub walls as there was quite a bit of water damage and wood rot.
Installed 18″ x 18″ travertine marble tile on diagonal at the floors, tub surround and deck, as well as the extra large shower. Enjoy the finished product, we certainly did…
