This was a fun project. I used 12″ x 24″ porcelain rainbow slate. Approximately 56 Sq. Ft. of tile
using an antique bronze schluter (metal strip) at the front of the step as well as the front of the
tile to give a durable, beautiful and long lasting finished look.
The customer was very happy with the way everything turned out. So was I…Finished
everything off with 2 coats of sealant on the grout joints. Also used a grout matching
sanded caulking at the transitions…
