This was a fun project, this work encompassed installing new back splash tile at the stove side
of the kitchen and the sink back splash. Using a 6″ x 6″ porcelain tile, earth tone grout and
sanded caulking to match and finishing it off by sealing the grout joints 2 days later.
I also painted and installed floor base moulding in the garage using coped corner miters
(quite an upgrade actually, turned out really nice as well as a nice upgrade for the garage area.
I also caulked and repainted around 7 interior windows where the existing caulking had
cracked over the years, as well as installed 4 new shutters on the exterior of the home
(no photos) which really dressed up the MBR windows.
Overall this was a fun project and I even made a couple of new friends in the process.
