This was a large project, this home was shredded by previous tenants and the owner wanted to get
it ready to put it on the market for resale. I won’t go into what all was repaired in this home, but
suffice to say that it was a challenge.
A few of the items on the list were new vinyl plank flooring, full interior paint, wall & ceiling
repairs and re-texture to match existing textures plus a myriad of other items. Turned out
very nice…
